As Commercial Director of SQN Capital Management, Tim brings his accumulated knowledge and experience to bear on investment opportunities by weighing the sometimes overlapping but often diverging commercial and legal objectives and interests of the SQN investor, the client borrower/lessee and other transaction counterparties and defining or devising a financing structure that best meets the requirements of all parties and that also achieves SQN’s security and yield objectives.
